The Otsuki Wind Facility was the first wind facility completed in Japan by GPI. The facility is located in the southern area of the island of Shikoku in Kochi Prefecture.
Otsuki reached commercial operation in November 2006, and sells 100% of its electrical output under a feed-in-tariff (FiT) secured power purchase agreement (PPA) to the utility Shikoku Electric.
